For high precision monitoring in dams, rock masses and foundations of civil works, Sial.tec uses the family of removable instruments TRIVEC – SLIDING MICROMETER – SLIDING DEFORMETER which measure the variation of length and inclination, meter by meter, in holes equipped with suitable tubes.
TRIVEC
- measurements: lengthening / shortening (Z direction) and variation of inclination (X and Y directions, arranged at 90 ° to each other)
- installation and cementation of the measuring pipes, with a diameter of 60 mm, in holes with a diameter of ≥ 96 mm
- depth: up to 100 m
- hole direction: downwards, with deviation from the vertical not exceeding 5 °
- accuracy: axial (Z) = 0.003 mm / m – transversal (X, Y) = 0.050 mm / m
SLIDING MICROMETER
- measurements: lengthening / shortening
- installation and cementation of the measuring pipes, with a diameter of 60 mm, in holes with a diameter of ≥ 96 mm
- depth: up to 100 m
- hole direction: any orientation
- accuracy: 0.003 mm / m
SLIDING DEFORMETER
- measurements: lengthening / shortening
- installation and cementation of the measuring pipes, with a diameter of 32 mm, in holes with a diameter of ≥ 56 mm
- depth: up to 30 m
- hole direction: any orientation
- accuracy: 0.02 mm / m
